We chose to work with Olympia, Onyx, and Cat & Cloud, not only because of their amazing selection of high quality coffee, but also because we believe in each of their missions.

Olympia Coffee Roasting began in 2005 and partners with farmers in eight countries. Their mission is to improve the quality of life for their producers, staff, and customers. Their coffees have won many awards including the 2016 Good Food Award Winner for their Ethiopia Adame Garbota Organic. Their strong direct trade partnerships allow them have an amazing amount of control over the flavors of their coffee.

Onyx Coffee Lab started in Arkansas in 2012 by Jon and Andrea. They are committed to seeking out quality green coffee. It is evident that they have been successful in their craft as some of their coffees have won Good Food Awards and have placed in regional and national barista competitions. We serve Onyx coffee not only because their coffee is amazing but also because they pay their producers fairly, treat their employees with respect, and seek to push the boundaries of roasting and serving coffee.

Cat & Cloud was established in 2016 by Jared Truby, Chris Baca, and Charles Jack. The mission at Cat & Cloud is simple but revolutionary: Come in – leave happy. We love the coffee that they roast in sunny Santa Cruz, California and we believe in their mission. We are proud to carry Cat and Cloud Coffee.
