No one, that\u2019s who. Milan-based espresso machine manufacturer <a href=\"http:\/\/www.faema.it\/\">Faema<\/a> is taking the pop-up to 11, with an extended residency stateside at 198 Allen Street in New York City. Taking place between June 3rd\u00a0and 29th, Faema\u2019s appropriately titled <a href=\"http:\/\/artandcaffeine.faema.it\/en\/nyc\/\">Pop-Up Coffee Shop<\/a> will be offering a host of coffee experiences, including a variety of learning experiences and 16 different roasters.<\/p>\n<p>Per Faema\u2019s website, the Pop-Up Coffee Shop \u201cwill stand as a hub where baristas and roasters can come together over a shared passion and set their craft in motion, breaking the rules of coffee and taking experimentation to the next level.\u201d Each week four new roasters from across the US will be on bar at the pop-up, where they will \u201calternate and [use] different methods of extraction, from espresso to flash brew.\u201d The roaster schedule is as follows:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Week 1:<\/strong><br \/>\nVerve Coffee Roasters<br \/>\nSkyTop Coffee Company<br \/>\nMr Espresso<br \/>\nSaison Coffee<\/p>\n<p><strong>Week 2:<\/strong><br \/>\nBrandywine Coffee Roasters<br \/>\nLa Colombe Coffee Roasters<br \/>\nSump Coffee<br \/>\nKatz Coffee<\/p>\n<p><strong>Week 3:<\/strong><br \/>\nCoffee Project New York<br \/>\nCoffee of Grace<br \/>\nMethodical Coffee<br \/>\nCaffe Ammi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Week 4:<\/strong><br \/>\nPartners Coffee<br \/>\nGEVA Coffee<br \/>\nMojo Coffee Roasters<br \/>\nAfficionado Coffee Roasters<\/p>\n<p>More than just providing a wide range of tasty coffee, Faema\u2019s Pop-Up Coffee Shop is offering attendees <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/o\/faema-events-17889961214\">a variety of learning experiences<\/a> no matter where they are in their coffee journey.
